John/Looksmart did his inspection on a Friday and had an incredibly detailed 48 page report emailed over by Sunday night. The report was thorough with multiple pictures detailing his findings. He called within 20 minutes of my original call (later on a weeknight - I left a message, not expecting a response), and set up the inspection within days. His price will seem low compared to many others, but don't be fooled you will get alot of information . John is truly awesome and helps take some of the fear out of the process.
